Statement of work software
Scope it. Get it in writing.
Prepare the scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms. Give your customer a signing link so the agreement has a clear place to live.

01 / THE WORKSPACE
A signed scope over here. An invoice somewhere else. Time records in another file. JALE gives these everyday workflows a shared home.
Statement of work software
Prepare the scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms. Give your customer a signing link so the agreement has a clear place to live.
Invoices & customer records
Keep customer details and invoices within the same workspace. Review payment status without rebuilding the project history from your inbox.
Timesheet management
Bring time records into your operations workflow. Review entries and follow up on missing information before it becomes another end-of-week problem.
Content management
Manage blog posts, projects, and profile content alongside the work that keeps the business running. JALE started here, and this is still part of its foundation.
02 / WHY I BUILT IT
Software Engineer · McAllen, Texas
JALE started as my own content management system. As I added more of the studio’s day-to-day work, it grew to include scopes, customers, invoices, time records, and the follow-up that connects them.
I’m building JALE around those real processes. My approach is to understand the workflow first, then build software that makes it easier to handle.
It’s an actively developed platform. If you’re dealing with a similar mess of spreadsheets and disconnected tools, we can talk through what fits your business and what would need to be built.

JALE stands for Job Automation & Logistics Engine. It is an internal business software platform built by Ruben Arevalo, with tools for statements of work, invoices, customer records, timesheets, and content management.
JALE currently uses administrator-managed accounts. There is no public self-service signup. If you already have an account, use the login page. If you want to explore JALE for your business, contact Ruben to discuss your workflow and access.
JALE includes tools for preparing a statement of work, collecting a customer signature through a shared link, and managing invoices. Scope, milestones, and payment terms are defined in the project documents and reviewed by the people involved.
That depends on what those spreadsheets do. JALE already brings several operational workflows into one application. I would first review your process, reporting needs, and permissions to identify what fits and what needs custom development.
JALE's core workflows organize business records and administrative work. AI-assisted features are an area of ongoing development. Project scope, approvals, and financial decisions remain with people.
There is no public subscription price on this site. Contact Ruben to discuss access, setup, integrations, and any custom development. Pricing and scope are agreed before work begins.
